There are two types of uterine prolapse: partial and total. • Partly misplaced uterine prolapse: The uterus is partially displaced into the vaginal canal but does not protrude. • Complete uterine prolapse: The uterus protrudes completely through the vaginal opening. The severity of the problem is dependent by how far the uterus has descended: • Descended to the upper vagina in the first grade; • Descended to the introitus in the second grade • 3rd grade: the cervix has dropped beyond the introitus. • Fourth grade: both the cervix and the uterus have dropped outside of the introitus. Exercises may assist in the early stages of more severe instances, but surgery may be required in more severe situations. Signs and Symptoms The severity of the prolapse determines the symptoms. • pelvic heaviness or pulling • vaginal bleeding or an increase in vaginal discharge • difficulties with sexual intercourse • urinary leakage, retention, or bladder infections • bowel movement difficulties, such as constipation • lower back pain Prolapsed uterus treatment is offered by the best and the most reliable service provider. There may be no symptoms in mild instances. Symptoms that emerge only sometimes tend to be worse towards the end of the day. • Uterine prolapse is a rather frequent disorder in which the uterus lowers due to a lack of support from the pelvic muscles. • Having a high body mass index (BMI), having undergone menopause, and pregnancy and delivery are all risk factors. • Urine leakage, pelvic discomfort, and lower back pain are common symptoms. • Kegel exercises are beneficial in the treatment of mild uterine prolapse.
