Uterine prolapse occurs as the uterus protrudes into the vaginal canal. The uterus can drop a different distance. Prolapse to varying degrees is normal. They are mostly asymptomatic and may not necessitate surgery. A sense of pelvic discomfort or a pulling sensation in the vaginal or lower back is common in women with more extreme types of this syndrome. The cervix can protrude from the vaginal opening. This may lead to sex issues or pain. Vaginal vault prolapse occurs as the top of the vagina—the "vaginal vault"—loses its foundation and falls. Women who have undergone a hysterectomy are more likely to experience this problem. Prolapse may be mild or serious. Vaginal prolapse may cause problems with bladder and bowel function, as well as sexual issues in women. URETHROCELE AND CYSTOCELE The bladder fall from its usual position into the vaginal canal, causing a cystocele. Urine can leak if the abdominal pressure rises suddenly as a result of walking, laughing, raising, or sneezing. It may just be a few drops of urine missing, or it may be enough to warrant changing clothing or wearing pads. Cystoceles may induce a kink in the urethra in certain women, making it difficult to transfer urine. They will have to struggle or pressure the bladder up by going into the vagina to move urine if this happens. The bladder can’t drain entirely if you have a big cystocele. Cystoceles, especially small cystoceles, are very common. They don't normally trigger urination issues and don't need surgery. Consult the doctor for prolapse uterus treatment.
